Here is another fun-filled musical which is easy to learn and produce. It also helps the youngest performers to practise their counting skills.
In this simple and versatile play within a play, there is a bossy teacher who counts on the characters as the real story is re-told and acted out. There are basically only 3 songs to learn. The main one is divided into verses sung throughout the performance. These then come together in the final version.
For maximum flexibility, there are 2 scripts, one which is ideal for 3 – 5 year olds and one with more speaking parts which is for 4 – 7 year olds.
